The Branch covers the area of Mayfield, Rotherfield and Hadlow Down.

Mayfield Conservatives have, over the years, been very active in the political and social activity of the village.

A recent innovation by one of our committee members has introduced a local Conservative Policy Forum combined with an optional supper club.  This is a joint effort with our neighbouring village of Wadhurst and is held on a regular basis.  Places to attend need to be booked early through the WCCA office.  Please see the events section of this website for more details.

Mayfield Conservatives will be joining with the Association to encourage members to partake of the new initiatives being planned for the coming year.

CELEBRATING WEALDEN'S SMALL BUSINESSES

Wealden's MP Nus Ghani joined small businesses in Mayfield to celebrate Small Business Saturday. December 1st was Small Business Saturday 2018, which highlights small business success and encourages consumers to 'shop local' and support small businesses in their communities.

Wealden MP Nus Ghani has congratulated the villages of Mayfield and Fives Ashes for winning the 2018 Parishes In Bloom competition. The Parishes in Bloom competition recognises the gardening and horticultural talents of local communities.

A267's NEW LEASE OF LIFE

SECTIONS of a busy road will be given a new lease of life as overnight roadworks begin.

More than two miles of the A267 between Heathfield and Frant will be resurfaced between Sunday, October 14, and Thursday, December 6.

WEALDEN SCHOOLS WELCOME TO PARLIAMENT

Wealden MP Nus Ghani hosted a group of primary school pupils from Rotherfield Primary School in Parliament.

The group, who were visiting as part of a trip to London, were given a tour of Parliament followed by a questions and answers session with Nus Ghani.
