Town Councillor for Uckfield West
Gary and his wife have lived in Uckfield for 22 years. His two children attended Rocks Park Primary School and Uckfield Community Technology College. Gary is a business owner in the care sector; he employs over 100 people in the local area.
Gary has always found it very rewarding to volunteer his time; previously being an army reservist, a special constable and, more recently, as an active member of the Newhaven lifeboat crew.
Gary was elected district councillor for the new ward of Uckfield Ridgewood and Little Horsted in May 2019's local elections, and an Uckfield Town Councillor for the new West Ward.
He sits on the Planning North committee, the Overview and Scrutiny committee as well as the Housing and Benefits cabinet advisory group.
